Looking at the From: line ....
From:

and noticing that the "Webmail.Pacific.Net" does not seem to match
the "mail.sf.bg.ac.rs", I'd suggest *Almost Definitely* a phishing
attempt.
.rs is Serbia, not that close to the Pacific.
