This is the link to go to an email account on Xfinity:

https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite/

On Firefox v85.0.2, the page always opens within a few seconds.

On SeaMonkey v2.53.5.1, the page opens slowly and frequently presents an error message saying the service is temporarily unavailable. Immediately re-loading always opens the page within a few more seconds.

This is a relatively recent problem, going on for about 2 months. It was never an issue previously.

Using this link prevents the connection from timing out, but it still takes much longer to load with SeaMonkey than with Firefox.

https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite/#waitSeconds=60

To a certain extent, this seems to depend on how long it has been since the last time I visited the page. The longer it has been, (a few hours compared to a few minutes) the more likely that it will time-out.

Just another instance of a page that is somehow less compatible with SeaMonkey than with Firefox.

Why are these issues of browser incompatibility on the increase? Thanks!
