Well have you gone to the Wiki link I think I posted, and searched for
the list administrators email address and emailed them?
I had no problem finding the admin address from the Wiki
<https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/about/forums/>. Where they haven't
announced the pending shutdown as yet.
You better hurry time is running out.
