We recently have installed a new computer system and I want to transfer the information from the old computer to the new one. I need to dowload ebase onto the new computer but do not have my reg. and ID numbers because I did not install the original system. Yesterday I emailed the eBase web site contact for my ID and registration numbers and have yet to hear from eBase. Is this information that I can receive from Support? Thanks!
