That requires each user to do that as the first thing they do. I want them
all loaded automatically. If I could modify the list in ebase.102 that would
be one way. Yes I can put a script in Names_.102 but I don't know about any
mechanism to get it executed exactly once on loading without user action.

I would also like whatever opens the files to check for success and screen
loudly if the open fails. I think that happens if a file is missing, but it
then prompts for where to find the file. Most of our users will get that
wrong. I want to make sure it just stops trying to load after complaining.
