[SUPPORT] contributions records

We are confused about the CONTRIBUTIONS ( we do NOT use Dues, as we are not
a membership org.- only contributions) list on the "Individual Giving
History Report". Why does it only keep any contribution record only over 5
years?

We have records going back as far as 1976 that need to be kept.
