If you mean the "generic names" of the letters in the header of the
letter layout, there is no problem. That's only a copy block in the
layout. The caution in the manual refers to the name of the layout
itself (which you get to through the Layout>Layout Setup menu item).
You don't need to do anything, unless you want to replace the name of
the letter on the layout so you know which one it is. Be sure to mark
it to "not print" so it doesn't show up on the printed copies.
