Introduction to ebase

Our "Introduction to ebase" class gives you an overview of the program and a
chance to review the pros and cons. If you are thinking about using ebase,
but have not yet decided, this is the perfect class for you. Come with lots
of questions to help you decide if this is the program for you. We will be
discussing topics like :"How does it compare to other programs?"; Is it
really free?"; Is ebase too complicated?"; "Why not just use Microsoft
Access?"; What are some of the strengths and weaknesses?" Date January 4,
10:00AM - 12:00 Noon Cost: $25

Beginning ebase
Our "Beginning ebase" training is a great introduction to this easy-to-use
software and an effective way to train new staff members to use your
existing ebase system. You will learn to: navigate within FileMaker and
ebase; enter data and perform searches; produce letters and e-mail messages;
monitor fundraising efforts; and review donation histories. Our next Basics
class will be held Wednesday, January 10, from 8:30AM-2:30 PM at our
Berkeley office. Space is limited to 8 participants so register now.

Intermediate ebase
Our "Intermediate ebase" training is designed to go deeper into the use and
customization of ebase for your organization's specific needs, including
using FileMaker Pro. You will learn about: importing data; exporting data
for mailings, mail merges and labels; creating and customizing reports;
performing and saving complex queries; using Notes, Actions & Contacts to
full advantage; and adding fields and custom screens. Our next Intermediate
class will be held Thursday January 11, from 8:30AM-2:30 PM at our Berkeley
office. Space is limited to 8 participants so register now.
