These instructions apply to v1.02. Do they also apply to v1.00? Since 1.02
was released as a minor update and existing users were advised that moving
to it was not necessary, we are still running v1.00. As we have required
extensive customization, we have opted to wait for v2. Are these bug fixes
valid for us?
