Generally speaking, first get the set of records you want to work with using
a find/query.

Then Click on File
-> Import/Export
-> Export Records.

Now select the fields you need.

Select the location to put the exported file and the format to save the file
as (something you can use as a source file for access, excel, etc.).

Open access, excel or whatever and import this data file into it, using
whatever wizard commands to get the formatting right.

Subject: [SUPPORT] Exporting

Greetings: I am trying to export or extract a set of donor info into excel
or access. Is this possible? Please forgive if this is a newbie question,
but we are past the installation phase, and now I'm trying things that are
out of my league.
