As a newbie, I have some very general questions. Thank you in advance for your responses. 1) How well does ebase work with the email interface to transmit online appeals and other correspondence? 2) Are you able to label contacts with multiple customized labels (e.g., volunteer, mentor, donor, etc.)? 3) If we wanted to track multiple dates, beyond just "renewal date" is there an easy way to do this (and subsequently sort by this?)
