Which file exactly? freenet.jar? A virus that infects jar files is possible, but it lurking on dodo is somewhat implausible. http://www.pandasoftware.com/virus_info/encyclopedia/overview.aspx?idvirus=50445 Says downloader.OG is Windows-specific. This suggests it can't possibly have infected a JAR file.
