What exactly does it say when you try to load the page?

Also, go to Web interface, then Advanced mode, then Open Connections.

Show me the top few lines (number of connections etc - how many total,
how many inbound...).

Go to Node Status, then Routing Table, and paste the 10 lines right at
the top.
