I'd always been under impression that it's a characteristic of files inserted by Frost - at least, I vaguely remember some discussion about this issue on the mailing lists. I experience exactly the same issue with temp files, and *it seems* to only happen with Frost-inserted contents (at least, as far as I was able to verify my download history).
