Hi!

Since I started this instance of freenet, mid 2007, I've repeatedly
received an alert 'Your node name isn't defined.'. Despite deciding that
the nickname provided is suitable and clicking 'apply', the alert comes
back every time the node restarts. Is there some regular expression it
uses to determine if the nickname is of the autogenerated kind, or is it
just not remembering that I chose that nickname?

Thanks.

Hi,
reading this, I wonder if it is not a question of the answer not registering properly... I have the same sort of experience when, after having been asked to enter my external IP from the moment (to connect) and having entered it + saved it, just opening this window again, few seconds later or half an hour later, I would be asked the same question.
(iMac-Intel Leopard, but from the Windows xp pro installed on it)
