Okay, it looks like you are behind a really evil firewall. Come back when you have a proper internet connection, or in 6 months on the off-chance that we have implemented TCP fallback. Freenet currently *requires* UDP connectivity, it uses UDP to talk to other nodes. Sorry. :(
