Many Windows users have been complaining that their nodes no longer work,
giving an error that freenet.ini is missing. This can be fixed by renaming
freenet.ini.tmp to freenet.ini. Sorry, this was a long-standing bug, but 1248
triggered it, presumably because of changes to plugins.

Freenet 0.7.5 build 1249 is now available. Please upgrade. This is small bug
fixes, but one of them is critically important (on windows) and long-standing:
- Forgot to close freenet.ini before renaming it from freenet.ini.tmp. This
would result in us deleting freenet.ini, and the launcher would fail to start
Freenet.
- Use the compression setting from the Uploads page when uploading files from
disk, get rid of the compression checkbox by each file.
- Fix a bug causing the FCP interface to not start sometimes.
- Shut down the logger towards the end of shutdown, not the beginning.
