Everything has been running fine....1268 was working.....well, you know
the bugs.

Then Freenet quit, and when I restarted it....nothing! I checked the
logs.....nothing written to the log. I checked the wrapper.log and found
this.....

STATUS | wrapper | 2010/08/16 02:47:26 | <-- Wrapper Stopped

I don't know what would cause this 'NodeStarter' to suddenly be
required.....or if it's always been required, to suddenly disappear.
Where do I go to fix it?
