This is a known bug. There is an alternative installer that doesn't have this problem, but is not quite ready for wide release as there is no update script (meaning if auto-update fails you have to reinstall). Please try it anyway: http://downloads.freenetproject.org/alpha/installer/FreenetInstaller-alpha-1301.exe
