Freenet 0.7.5 build 1321 is now available. It makes 1319 mandatory as of
tomorrow. The real changes were in 1320, but unfortunately I made a mistake
resulting in 1320 describing itself as 1319 yet making 1320 mandatory. Sorry
folks, the aftermath of the new packet format merge has been rather chaotic,
including severe connectivity bugs and consequent late nights and working on
what are normally rest days (but I took time off since).

The changes in 1320 were:
- Handle it better when raw IP addresses are included in physical.udp= in
noderefs. This is not supposed to happen but for some reason it does. 1322 will
include code to identify when this happens and generate suitable error
messages. Such noderefs were not parsed, resulting in both darknet ref exchange
and opennet path folding failing for the few (one afaics) nodes that have this
problem. We now parse all the valid IP:port pairs and ignore the naked IPs.
- Make 1319 mandatory. Everything from 1314 to 1319 had severe connectivity
problems when NATs were involved.

Thanks for your patience!
