Freenet 0.7.5 build 1323 is now available. This will be mandatory on Thursday. It contains a set of low risk improvements and fixes to the new packet format code: - Fix a major regression in fairness between peers in packet sending which was introduced with 1314. This may have caused some of the retransmits and timeouts. - Several major fixes to the congestion control code: Ensure that the window does not get too big (based on the number of packets we've seen in flight so far) or too small (if it goes way below 1.0 and then gets a successful packet it could jump to a very large number).
