You need to look at what is common with the ones that missed the text. Once
the message is in your email program, Outlook, Eudora, etc., what ever
happens is not eBases fault. It is some problem with either your email
program, your ISP, or most likely the recipients email program. Many email
programs do not handle html mail well and display nothing for the user.
There are some particular combinations of old versions of Outlook Express on
your end and non-html email recipients that give something like what you
observed. It is best to always send plain text email.
