I have formatted a Thank You form letter using Thanks#2 in the Layout. When I print a letter using the Thank You button on the Payment Screen everything is correct except that the name line doesn't print. I didn't do anything to the merge fields in the layout. The merge field for the name is there. In my data entry screen all the names are entered in Name 1 or Name 2 for a second person at that address. The street and city prints fine. I'm using a PC with ebase103 and Filemaker 5. What's wrong here.
