You are correct. I have added a new field called board members.
Should I simply type their name in the business/org field or is it better to add
the field to the donor type list?

likely the record type of those records is not IND and there is no
Business/Org name. The name line of the home page is computed based on record
type.
I did a find for 13 records. I was trying to do a find within a
find by using scripts and modify last find. It didn't work (because I
am not exactly sure yet how to do this so I left the find alone.
When I went to print a giving level report of the find, none of the
names printed.
I then noticed that on the home screen the heading which usually
contains the first and last names of the record is blank. I tried
retyping the names in the data entry screen and they still did not
appear.
I believe these 13 records are the only one that have been
affected.
I am using a PC and Filemaker 5 and have been the only user
today. Any ideas?
