A few people have asked for the zip code file, so I have posted a
compressed version of zip_.103 at:
http://www.assist-net.com/ebase/. If you have any problems
downloading the file or want an uncompressed version, please
email me and I'll send it to you.

A few people asked about how we got the file - it's freely available
from the census web site: http://www.census.gov. Unfortunately, all
they had on their web site was the zip codes from the 1990
census, so the list isn't current. If anybody knows of a newer, freely
available list, I'll be glad to update the file. The census file uses the
city and state names in caps and we didn't bother to change that. If
many people want it updated to use upper/lower case, we can use
the Proper() function to make the changes.

Also, some people were asking whether the zip_.103 file can be
used with version 1.02. I'm not certain - can some version 1.02 pros
let us know?

If anybody has any problems with the file, please let me know so
we can work on it.

enjoy -
