No, you don't need a static IP, as long as you're hosting to other computers only on
your LAN, and not on the internet.
Are you on Mac or PC? If Mac, have you set the preferences in all of your copies of
FMP to use TCP/IP instead of AppleTalk? Are these machines that can normally
fileshare with each other?

No, I have those files. Strange that you don't. Are you new to ebase? Where did you
get the ebase files from?
