Using ebase from FileMaker Pro, with names_.102 front and center as a master-level user in layout mode, a colleague is unable to see all of the layouts she's used to seeing in the drop-down menu above the 'index card stack'. I checked carefully to make sure she's using ebase from within FileMaker (v 4), not the runtime version of ebase. She can scroll through the layout 'cards' to get to the one she needs, but since they're numbered (instead of named like in the drop-down list) this is kind of inconvenient. It looks like she could also go to a layout that she needs and go to layout setup and click the box that includes that layout in the layout list. But, the question still remains ... what could cause most of the layouts to disappear from the layout drop-down list. If you have any ideas, they'd be much appreciated. Thanks!
