Hello Veteran Subscribers, This questions has probably already been raised, but since I'm a newbie to this list, I'm curious to learn whether any efforts to create a bulletin board system for eBase support have been discussed. BB's are much better for providing targeted support issues and are easily searchable and archivable (sp?). A good example is the UltraBoard 2K. This is a robust BB which uses it's own product to provide support for users. Check it out http://www.ub2k.com I've used this bb and setup boards on servers in the past, it's easy to use and very powerful. If there is enough interest to create such a tool (and the necessary server space to host it), I would be available to help get it going. Just curious, please let me know your thoughts.
