Hi Jon, 

It looks to me as if you have a file-type mismatch. ebase.103 files are
FileMaker Pro 5 files. If you try to open them with v4, even if you tell it
to show "All Available" per the v4 Mac open dialog, the v5 files will not
show up. The Open dialog apparently uses a narrow definition of "available",
which is good because they would probably crash if opened. Solution: get
ebase v1.02 (for FMP4) or else upgrade to FMP 5.
