There is a field on Data Entry screen 2 called Research? which serves
this purpose. As delivered, it is formatted as check boxes, with
options like Address, Phone, Email, etc., If you get mail returned or
email bounces, check the box.

Ebase doesn't handle multiple addresses well. Rainie's suggestion is
as good as it gets, without a lot of customization. This is one of
the major changes for version 2.
