everything looks great in the print preview (every label has name, address,
zip code where it should be), once I print the labels there are problems.
For example, one label make look like this:

>and the next one will look like this (or some other variation):

>Anyone have any idea how to get the labels to print the correct way? What

Most likely the name or other lines are too long to fit on the label in the
size font you are using. This is particularly likely for records that have
two names. They usually put each of the names on a separate line.
