Another thought is that there are possible Eudora configuration issues. I don't know Eudora but there might be a control on whether coma or semicolon separates names in the mailing list. Another configuration setting might reject email to too many people. Try some really simple cases like mail to yourself.
Late model Eudora's might have implemented some of the security protections that MS Outlook now has that make it hard to use.
