Having FMP4 you can apply the fixes on the web to convert 1.02 to 1.03 in every respect but they file extensions. Downloading, even on a 28.8K line, is not too painful - just do it. Yes you can use the runtime version if the bugs don't affect you or you can live with them for a bit.
