Having FMP4 you can apply the fixes on the web to convert 1.02 to 1.03 in
every respect but they file extensions. Converting from FMP4 to FMP5 is
completely trivial - every time you touch a v4 file with FMP5 it converts
it.

I don't completely understand your problem - downloading and 3-4 weeks in
the mail are entirely different ways of getting 1.02. Downloading, even on a
28.8K line, is not too painful - just do it.

Yes you can use the runtime version if the bugs don't affect you or you can
live with them for a bit. But your original note said you have FMP4 so you
can fix the bugs.
