The easiest way of starting ebase on windows is from My computer navigate to where ebase.10x is installed. Right click on ebase.10x and drag it to the desktop, selecting make a shortcut here. Now when you want to start it just double click on the ebase.10x on the desktop. You can cut that down to one click by dragging it to the startup bar.
