Looks like you've got a dc nic on 9 and 11. Do you have your serial ports disabled in the BIOS? Looks like you also have a dc nic on IRQ 3. I'd bet the problems are all related to this. Maybe try a bios update and what ever that reset option is called under the pci options. It should be around the same place where you enable/disable PNPBIOS.
