After
running ezshaper wizard is all ok.
When i create new
queue 128kbit/s and choose as parent qWANRoot or qLANRoot /don`t matter/ andd choose
RED and ECN and save and apply, then i get in news and in system logs message:

ecn )
System was upgraded
from 0.85.6 to 0.86
