Naw, we don't want to unset the shaper if nothing was selected, we
just want a minimal config that prioritizes ACKs.  I'd bet the issue
is related to the root queues still being marked as parent (it's kind
of hard coded that way) and the code in shaper.inc more or less
requiring child queues (although the ACK queues should have been
created :-/).  I'll look into this as it seems like I have something
broken in the backend.

FWIW, please report any bugs in wizard generated output.  Bugs in
non-wizard output along with "why can't I use other interfaces than
LAN/WAN" aren't welcome at this time.  There's ongoing work on the
shaper, I'll be intentionally breaking everyones config soon enough.
