There is an option at the wireless settingspage where you can prevent clients to talk to each other if the pfSense is used in accesspoint-mode:
"Allow intra-BSS communication: When operating as an access point, enable this if you want to pass packets between wireless clients directly. Disabling the internal bridging is useful when traffic is to be processed with packet filtering." That might not be highly secure as the clients still share the same ssid and same encryption but should work for what you are trying to do. Maybe lsf could do some more commenting on that option.
