Maybe if you made a page for the testing snapshot, we could easily find it.   
New posters like myself searched every page of the external site for a hint.  
Since we found no real mention of  the testing snapshot, other than your CVS, 
we assume that one should use the BETA which in most circles is what you would 
call the testing version.  a simple use the latest testing alpha snapshot, why 
and some common issues like the one i had would solve most of the questions in 
here. We would rather give back than waste your time onm stupid questions, but 
after spending a day tring to find a solution I had to rsort to the mailing 
list.   Cerberus makes a goood easy to maintain support system that is free and 
could allow you build a KB without the hastle of most of the KB systems, and if 
needed I would be more than happy to host it for you.
