See below.. and I quote "I did a sync up to releng_1 (because they use traffic
shaping)"

It was a full install of Beta 4 with a sync up to releng_1.

Version reads as follows:
1.0-RC1
built on Mon May 8 22:37:25 UTC 2006

Do I need to sync again? I just ran the sync on Saturday..

<broken_record>
There was a number of traffic shaping bugs fixed after beta 4. If this is a
full installation then run cvs_sync.sh releng_1 </broken_record>
