Not sure about the first half... but if you are looking for a way to reload the web interface remotely... (not even sure if that's what you're asking) try PuTTy http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/putty/ it gives you a remote console where you can reboot the machine, web, or whatever you would normally do at the console. -Tim
