Hi,
In a datacenter, we have 1 ports. One 10mbps unmetered and a 100mbps
with 500GB transfer per month. We also have 2 internal ports (2
separate "protected" LANs.
Can we connect the 1 ports as 2 lan and tell pfsense to always the 10mps
link, and when it is saturated, use the second one? Is this compatible
with ipsec tunnels? Will the source IP be the same? Where is the
config? OLSRD?
Talking of source IP addresses... it's been a long time since a
configured PfSense with public IP addresses, I know I can do a 1-to-1
NAT, but I think I'd rather set the public IP address on the 'protected'
server, and just tell PfSense to allow/deny traffic using rules. Does
that work or do I have to do a NAT? I'm affraid a 1-to-1 NAT may break
my VoIP (asterisk - SIP).
Thanks,
Ugo
