I have had a lot of problems with that client. Might I suggest openVPN.
It works for me every time. Google for "openvpn gui" and you will find
a easy to use install package. As always upgrade to the latest version
of pfSense.

Subject: [pfSense Support] Mobile IPsec

All I am trying to get mobile IPsec up and running and just wanted to
see if anyone had any ideas on whats going on. I am using the greenbow
VPN client and the connection appears to establish ok but it is not
passing any traffic. The client shows that it is up but no pings or
anything are going through. GreenBow includes a test IPSec setup that is
working fine for me so that at least helps narrow down a problem with my
client end workstation or firewall so I am not sure what is going on. I
have tried adding some firewall rules just to troubleshoot this problem
but from what I have read up it didn't appear like any rules are needed
as I know I never created rules for standard IPsec connection already
running on my box. Has anyone seen this issue before with Greenbow?
Any suggestions on something I am overlooking? The PFsense box shows
the connection as up under the status and I even see the ip address of
my client but again the data is not routing over the pipe from either
end.

Running the latest greenbow on Windows XP SP2 and PFsense 1.01

Thanks for the help,

Josh
