When trying to upgrade using a 1.2.3 livecd, here's the error message I
received.

Warning: filesize(): Stat failed for /conf/config.xml (errno=2 - No such file
or directory) in /etc/inc/config.inc on line 218 Config.xml is corrupted and is
0 bytes. Could not restore a previous backup.
