There is a linux thingie around called redir which might help.
Alternatively you can setup a pptp connection, if you don't change any
settings windows will set the default route over it and everything goes
through there.
Mobile ipsec with a 0.0.0.0 mask (default route) would also work.
So, yes, it is possible.
