It is posible  to make load balancing whit 2 acounts of 30mbps from the same
ISP?

The IP''s are in the same mask (255.255.255.128)
GW: x.y.z.129
IP1: x.y.z.130 (acount 1)
IP2: x.y.z.132 (acount 2)
