Do you have access to a couple Cisco DB-9/RJ-45 console cables (the nice baby-blue ones)? By clipping the RJ-45 end of one of these, then putting on a new one backwards I was able to plug them into two ends of an ethernet cable to make a 15m null-modem cable. Handy in a wired building where the firewall is in another room from your monitoring station.
