IPv6 support does not get in pfSense till v2.1 pfSense itself does not offer support (yet), the underlying OS (FreeBSD 7.2 in my case) does :) -> I managed to get an IPv6 tunnel working in pfSense 1.2.3, while the clients hooked up to my network can use that tunnel.
