I am suspecting javascript or your browser security settings to not sending the 
control commands correctly...try different other browsers and ensure javascript 
and activex are enabled on them

No luck, did all that and this package is no stranger, been playing 
around with it for a while. Curiously, it shows a status of "running" 
and blocking 0 network while showing China as blocked - see attached.
