Another error is a missing dprintf which appears to come from glibc and is found on linux. I did have the installer load the linux binary compatibility, but is there some other port I need to load to make dprintf be present?

Did you notice if there were errors during the port build process? (build_pfPorts.sh) Last time I tried a fresh 7.2 build, PHP4 wasn't building properly, which could lead to the errors you are seeing.
